Principal
Alex has more than 20 years of experience as a founder, operator, and investor. He spent 17 years building and leading his first company from an early-stage startup into a market leader, culminating in a successful private equity exit.
Having operated a PE-backed business himself, Alex brings a practical "both sides of the table" perspective to working with founders and management teams. He focuses on helping companies navigate growth, succession, and strategic expansion while building the operational structure needed to support long-term success.
At Noma Growth Partners, Alex partners closely with owners and CEOs to professionalize operations, strengthen leadership teams, and prepare businesses for their next chapter—while preserving the culture and legacy that made them successful.
Daniel Kipersztok
Principal
Daniel has spent his career working alongside business owners—investing in, advising, and supporting companies through growth and transition.
Over the past decade, he has been involved in more than $6 billion of M&A and investment transactions across buyouts, growth investments, and recapitalizations. In prior roles, Daniel led investment strategy and portfolio oversight, partnering closely with management teams on capital allocation, operational improvement, and long-term planning.
He founded Noma Growth Partners to build a different kind of firm: one grounded in alignment, hands-on involvement, and long-term thinking. Rather than acting as a distant capital provider, Daniel works directly with operators to strengthen financial discipline, clarify strategic priorities, and build durable businesses.
